Production Process

The production process for UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) and Voltage Stabilizers at Esscom Engineering is a meticulously planned operation that ensures high-quality products. The process can be outlined in three key stages:

Assembly

Component Sourcing and Preparation: High-quality electronic components, such as transformers, capacitors, and circuit boards, are sourced from reliable suppliers. Each component undergoes initial quality checks before entering the assembly line.

PCB Assembly: Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) are populated with components through automated and manual soldering techniques. Skilled technicians handle the assembly to ensure precision and reliability.

Chassis and Enclosure Fitting: Assembled PCBs are then installed into robust chassis or enclosures designed to withstand various environmental conditions. The enclosures are carefully fitted with all necessary inputs, outputs, and user interfaces.

Strict Testing

Initial Functionality Testing: Each assembled UPS and Voltage Stabilizer undergoes initial functionality testing to ensure that all components are working correctly and that the device operates as intended.

Safety and Compliance Checks: Comprehensive safety tests are conducted to ensure the devices meet all regulatory standards and industry safety requirements. This includes checking for electrical insulation, surge protection, and overall product durability.

Quality Assurance: A final round of quality checks is performed by specialized teams to ensure that each unit meets Esscom Engineering‘s stringent quality standards. Any unit that does not meet the criteria is either reworked or rejected.

Packing

Protective Packaging: After passing the testing phase, the products are carefully packaged using protective materials to prevent damage during transit. This includes cushioning materials and secure fittings to keep the units stable within the packaging.

Labeling and Documentation: Each package is labeled with the product information, serial numbers, and any necessary regulatory compliance marks. User manuals and warranty cards are included in the package.

Final Inspection and Shipping: The packaged products undergo a final inspection to ensure they are properly sealed and labeled. Once approved, they are stored in a controlled environment until they are ready to be shipped to customers.
